THE BEGINNING
Founded with 6 employees, 3 machines, and 500 m², Inovocorte emerges with an innovative approach focused on advanced solutions in the metalworking value chain. Born from SAM's 36-year legacy, we bring decades of expertise into a new era of integrated manufacturing.
FIRST EXPANSION
Strategic investment in technology and team expansion to 1,000 m², 6 machines, and 10 employees. Production capacity doubles as demand for precision metalworking solutions grows across industrial sectors.
STRATEGIC CONSOLIDATION
Two legacies become one. SAM and Inovocorte merge under a single brand, uniting decades of tradition with modern innovation. The consolidation drives immediate expansion to 3,000 m², 15 machines, and 45 employees.
SCALING UP
A turning point in our history with 24 machines and 60 employees. This move reinforced our position as a strategic OEM subcontracting partner. More than quadruple our original capacity – it was a statement of ambition and the beginning of exponential growth.
RESILIENCE AND DIVERSIFICATION
Despite global challenges from COVID-19, Inovocorte achieves 18% revenue growth making it our best year ever with 67 employees.

Formal recognition of our commitment to quality with 74 employees. Implementation of advanced methods and processes, along with structured commercial policies, solidifies our reputation as a reliable partner for critical industries.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Inovocorte accelerated its technological edge with robotic welding, robotic deburring and next-generation CNC machining, bringing its production standards in line with the world’s leading industrial manufacturers.
Robots guaranteed repeatability, CNC ensured micrometric precision, and integrated process control enabled stable, scalable and high-performance manufacturing.

Across four Manufacturing Facilities, 15,700 m² of production capacity and 200+ highly skilled professionals, Inovocorte operates as one fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem - from cutting, forming and machining to surface treatment, robotic welding and full OEM assembly.
