Our Quality System

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

Our quality management system meets the internationally recognized standard for consistent product quality and continuous improvement. Regular external audits, internal quality reviews, documented procedures, calibrated equipment, trained personnel, and corrective action protocols ensure systematic excellence.

INCOMING MATERIAL INSPECTION

Quality begins before manufacturing starts. Every raw material batch undergoes dimensional verification, material certification review, visual inspection for defects, and traceability documentation. Suppliers audited regularly. Non-conforming materials were rejected immediately.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

Production monitoring at critical control points prevents defects from progressing. First-piece inspection validates setup before production runs. Statistical Process Control (SPC) tracks dimensional accuracy, finishing surface quality, welding parameters, and assembly torque values in real-time. Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) quantify manufacturing consistency. When trends appear, corrections happen before defects occur.

FINAL INSPECTION & TESTING

Every product undergoes comprehensive validation before shipment. Dimensional verification using three-dimensional measurement arms, functional testing per customer specifications, visual inspection for cosmetic defects, and packaging inspection ensuring protection during transport.

NON-CONFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

When non-conformances occur, systematic investigation identifies root causes. 8D methodology (Eight Disciplines) applied to major issues. Corrective actions implemented and validated. Preventive actions deployed to eliminate recurrence. Customer notification protocols for any product already shipped.

Continuous Improvement

MANAGEMENT REVIEW

Quarterly quality performance reviews with the leadership team. Key metrics analyzed: first-time yield, customer complaints, internal non-conformances, and corrective action effectiveness.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Quality awareness training for all personnel. Specialized training for inspectors and quality technicians. Cross-functional training builds a quality mindset across the organization.

SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Approved supplier list maintained and regularly reviewed. Supplier audits conducted for critical components. Performance scorecards track delivery, quality, and responsiveness.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK INTEGRATION

Customer complaints investigated systematically. Root cause analysis drives corrective actions. Quality improvements communicated back to customers. Closed-loop system ensures continuous evolution.
